NOTICE AND ORDER OF HEARING ON PETITION FOR PROBATE OF WILL AND APPOINTMENT OF PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE AND NOTICE TO CREDITORS

It is Ordered and Notice is given that on May 31st, 2024, at 9:00 AM, a hearing will be held in this Court at 213 Main Avenue N, Dept. 303, Minnesota, for the formal probate of an instrument purporting to be the Will of the Decedent dated, February 9, 1996, (“Will”), with a Statement of Contents of Lost, Destroyed, or Otherwise Unavailable Will having been filed with the Court, and for the appointment of Linda Kemper, whose address is 220 Algoma St NW, Bemidji, MN 56601 as Personal Representative of the Estate of the Decedent in ? an UNSUPERVISED ? a SUPERVISED administration. Any objections to the petition must be filed with the Court prior to or raised at the hearing. If proper and if no objections are filed or raised, the Personal Representative will be appointed with full power to administer the Estate including the power to collect all assets, to pay all legal debts, claims, taxes and expenses, to sell real and personal property, and to do all necessary acts for the Estate.
Notice is also given that (subject to Minnesota Statutes section 524.3-801) all creditors having claims against the Estate are required to present the claims to the Personal Representative or to the Court Administrator within four months after the date of this Notice or the claims will be barred.

NOTICE TO KNOWN CLAIMANTS OF CROOKSTON HOTEL GROUP, L.L.C.

Crookston Hotel Group, L.L.C., a Minnesota limited liability company (the “Company”), hereby gives this notice to known claimants pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Section 322C.0704:

1. The Company is in the process of dissolving and winding up its affairs.

2. On April 30, 2024, the Company filed a Statement of Dissolution with the Minnesota Secretary of State.

3. The information required to be included in a claim against the Company are:

a. Claimant’s name, address, phone number and email address (if available);

b. Amount of Claim; and

c. Description of the basis of the Claim, including supporting documentation.

4. The address of the office to which written claims against the Company must be presented is as follows:
