JOINT NOTICE OF INTENT FOR THE ORDERLY ANNEXATION OF CERTAIN LAND FROM ROSEBUD TOWNSHIP TO THE CITY OF FOSSTON PURSUANT TO MINNESOTA STATUTES § 414.0325
The City of Fosston (“City”) and Rosebud Township (“Township”) have prepared and will be considering for adoption a Joint Resolution for Orderly Annexation (“Joint Resolution”) annexing certain portions of the Township into the City as identified in the Joint Resolution following 10 days published notice of the same pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Section 414.0325, Subd. 1b.
The Joint Resolution is available to view at City Hall and at the Town Hall. The Fosston City Council will consider adopting the Joint Resolution at a meeting on July 10, 2023 at 7pm at City Hall located at 220 1st St. E, Fosston, Minnesota. The Rosebud Township Town Board will consider adopting the Joint Resolution at a meeting on July 10, 2023 at 7pm at City Hall located at the East Polk Heritage Center.
The designated area to be annexed pursuant to the Joint Resolution is legally described as follows:
