Notice is given that an application for informal probate of the Decedent’s Will, dated February 5th, 2007 (“Will”) has been filed with the Registrar. The application has been granted.
Notice is also given that the Registrar has informally appointed Perry Von Holdt, whose address is 12953 Breckenridge Lane, Rogers, Minnesota, 55374 as personal representative of the Estate of the Decedent. Any heir, devisee or other interested person may be entitled to appointment as personal representative or may object to the appointment of the personal representative. Unless objections are filed with the Court and the Court otherwise orders, the personal representative has full power to administer the Estate, including, after 30 days from the date of issuance of letters, the power to sell, encumber, lease or distribute real estate.
Any objections to the probate of the Will or appointment of the Personal Representatives must be filed with this Court and will be heard by the Court after the filing of an appropriate petition and proper notice of hearing.
Notice is also given that all creditors having claims against the Estate are required to present the claims to the personal representative or to the Court Administrator within four months after the date of this Notice or the claims will be barred.
A charitable beneficiary may request notice of the probate proceedings be given to the Attorney General pursuant to Minnesota Statutes section 501B.41, subdivision 5.

Election of officers for Brandsvold Township will he held on Tuesday March 12th, 2023 at the Brandsvold Town Hall from 5-8pm. JOINT NOTICE OF INTENT FOR THE ORDERLY ANNEXATION OF CERTAIN LAND FROM COLUMBIA TOWNSHIP TO THE CITY OF LENGBY PURSUANT TO MINNESOTA STATUTES § 414.0325
The City of Lengby (“City”) and Columbia Township (“Township”) have prepared and will be considering for adoption a Joint Resolution for Orderly Annexation (“Joint Resolution”) annexing certain portions of the Township into the City as identified in the Joint Resolution following 10 days published notice of the same pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Section 414.0325, Subd. 1b.
The Joint Resolution is available to view at City Hall and at the Town Hall. The Lengby City Council will consider adopting the Joint Resolution at a meeting on January 8, 2023 at 5:15 p.m. at the Lengby Community Hall located at 104 N. Main Ave, Lengby, Minnesota. Notice is hereby given that the Township Election in the Town of Queen, County of Polk, State of Minnesota will be held on March 12, 2024.
