An Ordinance to Repeal Ordinance #56

AN ORDINANCE REGULATING THE USE OF LAND, THE LOCATION, BULK HEIGHT, AND USE OF BUILDINGS AND THE ARRANGEMENT OF BUILDINGS ON LOTS, AND THE DENSITY OF POPULATION IN THE CITY OF CLIMAX, MINNESOTA AND PROVIDING FOR THE ADMINISTRATION AND ENFORCEMENT OF SUCH REGULATIONS.

The City of Climax, Minnesota ordains:

Ordinance #56, adopted September 4, 1979 is hereby repealed immediately.

Upon a vote, this ordinance was declared passed by the Mayor of the Climax City Council this
2nd day of June, 2025. Motion duly carried.

The above ordinances become effective after its passage and publication.
