NOTICE OF INFORMAL PROBATE OF WILL AND APPOINTMENT OF PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE AND NOTICE TO CREDITORS
Notice is given that an application for informal probate of the Decedent’s Will, dated June 14th, 2023 (“Will”) has been filed with the Registrar. The application has been granted.
Notice is also given that the Registrar has informally appointed Shelby Tadych, whose address is 12900 370th St. SW, Fertile, Minnesota, 56540 as personal representative of the Estate of the Decedent. Any heir, devisee or other interested person may be entitled to appointment as personal representative or may object to the appointment of the personal representative. Unless objections are filed with the Court and the Court otherwise orders, the personal representative has full power to administer the Estate, including, after 30 days from the date of issuance of letters, the power to sell, encumber, lease or distribute real estate.
Any objections to the probate of the Will or appointment of the Personal Representatives must be filed with this Court and will be heard by the Court after the filing of an appropriate petition and proper notice of hearing.
Notice is also given that all creditors having claims against the Estate are required to present the claims to the personal representative or to the Court Administrator within four months after the date of this Notice or the claims will be barred.
A charitable beneficiary may request notice of the probate proceedings be given to the Attorney General pursuant to Minnesota Statutes section 501B.41, subdivision 5.

Affidavits of Candidacy will be accepted by Heier Township from December 29 (?) through January 13, 2026, for the position of one (1) Supervisior for a three year term and one (1) Clerk for a two year term. Affidavits may be filed with the clerk, Randy Winkler, 2434 150th St, Fosston.
Township annual election will be held 5:00-8:00 pm, Tuesday, March 10, 2065 at the Heier Town Hall.

Notice is hereby given to the qualified voter(s) of Eden Township, County of Polk, State of Minnesota that the annual election of town officers and annual town meeting will be held Tuesday, March 10, 2026. In case of inclement weather, the meeting and election may be postponed until the third Tuesday on March 17, 2026 and in case of inclement weather the election and meeting will be held March 24, 2026.
The election poll hours will be open from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm at which time the voters will elect.
